Frascati Shopping Centre was acquired in 2015 by Gresham House Real Estate Limited on behalf of an international property investment fund managed by Invesco which is a major US financial institution. The Central Hotel Chambers is a four-storey office building over basement with a part ground and basement restaurant unit. Constructed in the 1950’s and located within Dublin’s CBD, the management of the building was taken over by Gresham House Real Estate Limited in August 2015.
The Gresham House Real Estate Limited Development team devised an asset management strategy, secured landlord backing and finance, assembled a design team and managed the development works on a phased basis.
Phase one of the refurbishment works began in May 2016, which saw the complete refurbishment of the first floor, half of the second floor and the reception area in order to achieve a modern quality office building. The common areas including lift, stair cores and landings were also upgraded along with all the windows throughout the building
Phase two was completed in 2018. This comprised the complete reconstruction and refurbishment of the basement into a high-end restaurant, along with the refurbishment of the 4th floor of the property.

Following the acquisition of the development Gresham House Real Estate Limited was appointed to project manage the refurbishment of a vacant office block along with an extensive landscaping and estate refurbishment. The 3-storey block underwent a full refurbishment to create a modern own door office suite which consists of raised access floors, new air-conditioning, fully painted and plastered walls, new LED lighting and new suspended ceilings throughout. The refurbishment also factored in new W.C facilities on each level along with ladies and gents shower facilities.
On completion of this project, Gresham House Real Estate Limited also managed the rebranding process for the scheme.
Co-Founder and MD of Real Estate, Gresham House Ireland. He has over 35 years experience in property and investment management and was previously Managing Director of Treasury Holdings Ireland having joined the company in 2000. Before that he was Head of Property with AIB Investment Managers Ltd.
In 2001 he served as President of the Society of Chartered Surveyors in Ireland (SCSI). He is a Fellow of the SCSI and of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He has an MBA from University College Dublin and was the Chairman of the Urban Land Institute Ireland.
Steven has 12 years’ experience in the real estate sector and specialises in large scale office management and retail shopping centres.
Before joining Gresham House Ireland Real Estate he worked in CBRE from 2006 to 2015 and was responsible for the office property management team, managing many high profile instructions including Central Park Sandyford.
Steven is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and a has an honours degree in Property Economics & Estate Management from the University of Reading, UK.

Fergal has a Diploma in facilities management and has won awards for his work with the US State Dept.
Natalie has over 20 years experience working in the property industry and was previously Senior Investment Manager Residential of Treasury Holdings Ireland with responsibility for sales and property management having joined the company in 2005. Before that she was Advertising Manager with CBRE.
Richard has served in Frascati since 2006, first as security for M&S and then joined the main team in 2012. As an ex-Irish Service man Richard has served in Peace Keeping Troops and his key role is co-ordinating all security services and utilities teams which ensures a professionally presented Centre for customers at all times.
Viv was appointed Centre Director to Frascati Retail in March 2021 and will manage the daily operations of the Centre, marketing, commercialisation and tenant liaison. Joan is responsible for processing supplier invoices and bank reconciliations for a portfolio of properties . She has over 30 years administrative experience in banking and trade finance.
Brain graduated with a BSc in Property Studies from GMIT in 2009. He has worked with Gresham House since 2015 on a variety development and refurbishment projects.
Recent projects include the refurbishment of the Lumen Office Building on Baggot Street, the CHC Building on Dame Court and the design, delivery of planning and sale of a 120-apartment scheme in Deansgrange, South Dublin.
Jerome is a Chartered Surveyor (FRICS) with over 30 years experience in providing specialist property management & service charge services. He previously held senior property management positions with CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield, Savills and Mason Owen & Lyons. Jerome is a previous chair of the IPFMA and of the PM & FM professional Group of the SCSI. Jerome was the lead author of the SCSI Commercial Service Charge Practice Statement and of the SCSI Commercial Service Charge Handover Procedures Guidance Note.
Noelle is the Operations Manager for the Spencer Dock Development. Working closely with the Estate Director she oversees all daily operational issues, contractor management for hard and soft services and is responsible for all estate management administration.
Lili Torres has over 20 years’ experience working in 5 star hospitality industry both in Mexico & Ireland and was previously Guest Relations Manager at The Marker Hotel. Lili has also worked in The Westbury Hotel & The Berkley Court Hotel since she arrived in Dublin on 2002.
